Sweet Baby Boy – In Home NJ Newborn Session

In home newborn sessions will always be my favorite. I never used to feel that way though. It’s kind of intimidating coming into a client’s home having never met them and not knowing what kind of light I have to work with. Since I only shoot natural light, it can be tricky if you have a darker home.

The more confident I got in my skills and the more I trusted myself, the easier it got. I didn’t feel scared, I got excited. It was like a little treasure hunt finding little pockets of light to work with.

Not having enough light wasn’t an issue with this in home newborn session though! Even the dog was basking in all the gorgeous sunshine!
