Today I want to tell you about something really exciting. I’ve always wanted to have a client referral program because so many of my wonderful clients are nice enough to tell their friends about me. Since I’m a one woman show here, it was hard to keep referrals organized and I would find myself forgetting who and when contacted me with a referral. Plus, I wanted to be able to give back to clients who have been coming to me for years to capture their families. So, after attending Heidi Hope’s Baby Boutique Workshop in March, I was inspired by her customer rewards program. I think it’s something my own clients would love so I’ve tweaked it and made it my own and I’m happy to bring it to you today.
Here’s how it works. After you’ve had a session you’ll receive the Rewards Program Guide and Checklist. The Checklist will give you an idea of things you can do to earn points. Things like sharing your sneak peek on Facebook, commenting on the blog, referring a friend, writing a review, etc. Once you complete something on the list, check it off. The more you do, the more points you’ll earn. Points can then be redeemed for free gifts like prints, accordion albums, cards, frames, and more from the Gift Guide. The Checklist will be your way to keep track of the points and you have up to one year from your session date to redeem them.
