With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, these fun activities are so much fun to do with your kids to get into the lovey dovey mood. These crafts are super budget friendly, you honestly might even have most of these things laying around the house. They are so simple and cute your little’s will LOVE them.
They are such a fun activity for the kids to do with you as well, it is just an overall fun activity for the family to enjoy.
Here are some fun Valentine’s Inspired Activities…
ICE HEART RESCUE
This ice heart rescue was a LIFESAVER when I needed a fun activity to fill the time when Olivia is bored with everything else we have at home & this is SO easy to do, here is how you do it…
It’s super easy. Grab something small to freeze and put it in your ice cube tray and the VIOLA, there you have it. All you need is something to let them pour the water on the ice cubes to “rescue” the items.
I happened to use small pink hearts for Valentine’s day to make it more festive & fun!
Hide & Seek Hearts
This was such a big hit with Olivia! And so simple to set up. I grabbed some construction paper, cut out hearts, and numbered them. I traced the same amount of hearts on a roll of paper and numbered them too. Then I hid the hearts around the house and she had to find them.
She had a blast running around looking for them. And she was practicing her numbers at the same time! Is this something your little one would like?
Heart Bubble Wands
If you have been following me for a while you know I’m all about low prep, easy activities. These bubble wands are made from pipe cleaners. Super simple!
I already had some bubble solution, but you could also use dish soap and a little water. We found that the wands with smaller hearts worked better, but it’s fun to play around and experiment!
So, to be honest, are you the type of mom who is organized or, are you like me, and you’re usually doing things on the fly?
